The Tahltan Band Land Code Development Committee has been working on the Tahltan Band Land Code together since February 2017.
The first draft has been completed by the Committee and will be reviewed by a legal team. Once it has been reviewed, it will be shared with the community for input. We look forward to presenting you with the draft of the Tahltan Band Land Code very soon!
